Each certified delegate, alternate delegate, and registered guest will be presented with a bar-coded Convention identification badge when they complete the on-site convention registration check-in process at the Puerto Rico Convention Center in San Juan.
Each delegate must present their Convention identification badge to participate in Convention votes and to obtain access to any “delegate-only” areas. All Convention participants will be required to present their Convention identification badge to gain access to the Convention hall and all other Convention-related events and activities.
