We have secured a contract with American Airlines for reduced fares for travel to the SEIU 2008 Convention in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
American Airlines is offering low-rate zone fares from all U.S. and Canadian gateways to San Juan. Domestic zone-fare discounts range from 40 percent to 70 percent off full, unrestricted fares and 2 percent to 15 percent off special discounted fares. Zone fares do not require Saturday night stays. In addition you will have the ability to book American Airlines’ lowest available fare or web fare based on time of booking.
We recommend these travel dates to and from San Juan:
Arrive: Friday, May 30
Depart: Thursday, June 5
Options For Making ReservationsOption 1 - Call 1-800-433-1790 and advise the American Airlines representative of your authorization number A5258AB. You will be advised on the lowest available airfare including a 5% discount.
Option 2 – Go to
www.aa.com and select the reservation tab and enter in dates and destination. You will need to enter your promotional code A5258AB and the lowest available airfare including a 5% discount will be offered.
Shuttle ServiceShuttle service will be provided upon arrival from the airport to all Convention hotels. Busses will automatically be coordinated for arrival times once you book your travel through the online Convention registration system.
Shuttle services will also be provided throughout the Convention, from May 28 (for early arrivals) through June 5. Shuttles will be running between the Convention Hotels and the Puerto Rico Convention Center. Shuttles will also be running to and from all Convention events. Finally, shuttles will be provided from Convention hotels to the airport for departures on June 5.
